Chrissie's Yoga classes are generally 75-minutes. Each session includes gentle yoga poses for flexibility and strength, breathing techniques to manage stress and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) or meditation to calm the mind. Classes are suitable for beginners, individuals recovering from injuries, or anyone seeking a nurturing practice. Recorded Zoom sessions are available for participants to practice at home. |
