Workshops

From time to time, Chrissie offers small, in-person workshops that gently explore specific aspects of women’s wellbeing. These sessions combine evidence-based education, personal experience, and practical tools to help women feel informed, supported, and more at ease in their bodies and lives.

Workshops are held in a calm, nurturing environment and are designed to complement Chrissie’s yoga teaching and menopause support, drawing on her more than 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse. Details of current and upcoming workshops are shared below as they become available.

How to register
Menopause is a natural life transition, yet for many women it can feel confusing, exhausting, and overwhelming. This evidence‑based workshop supports women from peri‑menopause through to post‑menopause, offering clear education, reassurance, and practical tools to help you feel more energised, calm, empowered, and at ease in your life.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Visit Chrissie’s booking page
  2. Look for the Menopause Workshop on Sunday 22 March 2026.
  3. Click Register and complete your details.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your registration is complete.
  5. Please then make payment of $45 by internet banking to secure your place (see below).
  6. Once payment has been received, your place is confirmed and you will  be sent a short follow-up email with a brief questionnaire to help Chrissie best support you on the day.
