I like the way Chrissie explains how each exercise is helping different parts of our body. Very warm, caring, friendly teacher and I love how everything we do is explained. Marie
What I enjoy most is Chrissies beautiful gentle manner of teaching and I love the Yoga Nidra. I love the variety of the sessions, Chrissies gentle helping hand with poses, all underpinned with her calming and friendly approach. Eileen I enjoy the calm environment, stretches that help my body and relaxation for my mind. I am very satisfied with the variety of poses which has a positive impact on my body. Top two things I enjoyed most were the relaxation at the end of the class and Chrissie’s teaching style. Sally Initially I enrolled because I'd always wanted to give yoga a try, and Chrissies classes seemed targeted at beginners, now I keep coming because I love it! 100% enjoy the long bit at the end lying down, also the calmness and lovely participants. I love practicing yoga with Chrissie, her classes are fun, relaxing and varied. The size of the class is small enough to feel safe and good for all levels. It really sets me up for the week. Helen
Chrissie's yoga class is a relaxing and restorative experience that’s beginner friendly and perfect for everyone. I always leave the class feeling calm, refreshed and ready for the rest of the work week. I enjoy the pace and the variety of Chrissies classes. I like that there is no pressure to be an expert and you are given extensions for anyone who wants more and easier options if it’s too hard. I would recommend this class to anyone! Andrea Chrissie’s classes were perfectly paced, gentle, with lots of options to cater for a range of abilities. Throughout the sessions I felt able to progress slightly further each time, at my own pace (even after missing a couple of classes due to sickness). I found the class highly beneficial for my asthma, and I was able to have a couple of attempts at the more challenging poses. Highly recommend this class to anyone of any ability. Sarah |
