Meet Chrissie McNeill, the heart behind Pause & Flow Wellness. With over 20 years of Yoga practice and 30 years as a Registered Nurse specialising in women’s and children’s health, Chrissie brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work. As a breast cancer survivor, she understands the transformative power of Yoga and wellbeing strategies in restoring balance, reducing stress, and fostering resilience.
Trained in Hatha Yoga through the Satyananda Yoga tradition, Chrissie offers gentle, relaxing classes to support women thrive at every stage of life. |
What I enjoy most is Chrissies beautiful gentle manner of teaching and I love the Yoga Nidra. I love the variety of the sessions, Chrissies gentle helping hand with poses, all underpinned with her calming and friendly approach.

Pause & Flow offers yoga classes, rooted in the teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga.
Each 75-minute session blends gentle Hatha yoga poses for flexibility and strength, breathing techniques for relaxation and self-awareness , and guided meditation or Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. Classes are inclusive - suitable for beginners, those recovering from injuries, or anyone seeking a nurturing practice. Private sessions are also available, ensuring a personalised and accessible yoga experience for all. |
I love practicing yoga with Chrissie, her classes are fun, relaxing and varied. The size of the class is small enough to feel safe and good for all levels. It really sets me up for the week.
